Store Officer

Responsible for receiving, storage, dispensing and inventory management of raw materials, packing materials and finished goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive raw materials and packing materials.
• Verify material quantity and documentation.
• Maintain quarantine, approved and rejected material segregation.
• Issue materials according to approved requirements.
• Follow FIFO/FEFO practices.
• Maintain stock and inventory records.
• Perform ERP/SAP entries where applicable.
• Maintain warehouse documentation.
• Ensure proper storage conditions.
• Coordinate with QA, Production and Purchase departments.
• Maintain warehouse GMP and housekeeping standards.
• Participate in stock verification and reconciliation.

Preferred Experience:

• 2–5 years pharmaceutical warehouse experience preferred.
• Knowledge of RM/PM stores and dispensing preferred.
• ERP/SAP knowledge will be an advantage.
