Job Description
- Operate powder coating equipment and spray guns.
- Prepare metal surfaces before coating.
- Maintain proper coating thickness and finish.
- Monitor powder consumption and coating quality.
- Operate curing oven according to process requirements.
- Identify coating defects such as uneven coating, pinholes and poor adhesion.
- Maintain cleanliness of the powder coating area.
- Follow PPE and workplace safety procedures.
- Perform basic equipment checks and report technical issues.
- Maintain production and quality records.
