Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Freelance HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for clients across Manufacturing, IT and Non-IT sectors. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closure of open positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and prepare effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and recruitment networks.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate calls and assess skills, experience, salary expectations, and availability.
- Share suitable candidate profiles with clients.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Negotiate salary and joining timelines when required.
- Follow up until candidate joining and ensure successful closure of positions.
- Develop and maintain a strong candidate network across IT, Non-IT and Manufacturing roles.
Requirements
- Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR.
- Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of IT, Non-IT and/or Manufacturing recruitment.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Access to recruitment platforms/job portals is an advantage.
